Business Process Automation
Reduce repeated handoffs between the systems your business already uses. We map a workflow, identify the steps that can follow clear rules, and connect those steps with APIs and explicit failure handling.
01 / The business problem
When this service helps
For operations teams moving requests, records or status updates between applications. Automation is most useful when the inputs, responsibility and desired result are understood; a confusing process needs clarification before it needs more code.
- Copying the same customer or request data into multiple tools
- Missed follow-ups when work changes hands between teams
- Integrations that silently fail or create duplicate records
02 / Scope and delivery
What we can deliver
- A workflow map with triggers, decisions and owners
- API integrations and webhook handlers
- Background jobs, retries and duplicate prevention as required
- Human approvals for steps that should not run unattended
- Failure visibility and an operational handover
Technical approach
Backend services connect REST APIs, webhooks and structured records. We define identifiers, retry rules and the behavior when one system is unavailable. Background queues can move slower tasks out of interactive requests. AI is optional and reserved for tasks such as extracting unstructured information; predictable business rules remain ordinary application logic.

Kerkomjeshter illustrates a path from discovery to customer requests. Foljent explores connecting conversations, orders and leads and remains in development. These provide workflow context, not proof of a specific time-saving result or a completed automation engagement.
04 / The process
How the work takes shape
Trace the current workflow
Record where work starts, which systems it touches and how people handle exceptions.
Choose a bounded step
Start with a repeatable task and define success, ownership and rollback.
Connect and test
Exercise retries, duplicate inputs, permissions and unavailable services.
Introduce and monitor
Document failures and give the team a clear way to intervene.
05 / Before we start
Common project questions
Does business automation require AI?
No. Many workflows are best handled by APIs, rules and scheduled jobs. AI may help with unstructured documents or language, but adds uncertainty and evaluation work. We choose it only when the task needs it.
Can you connect tools without replacing them?
Yes, when the tools provide usable integration access. We first check their API limits, permission model and costs. The aim can be to connect an existing process rather than replace every application.

Tell us about the problem
Share the workflow or product you want to improve, the systems already involved, and any timing or budget constraints. We can start by understanding the scope and deciding on a practical next step. Based in Kosovo, working with businesses locally and internationally.
